CivicPort is a community management app that connects residents with their HOA, apartment, or golf community managers in one place, replacing scattered emails, paper notices, and bulletin boards with a single platform for everyday community life.

Residents use CivicPort to receive real-time community announcements and push notifications, report maintenance issues with photos, pay HOA dues and assessments securely from their phone, submit architectural review (ARC) requests, and message management directly. Community managers use it to publish announcements, review requests, manage resident communication, and collect payments all from one dashboard.
